SHIPPING
Once placed, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. UK Mainland orders are sent by Royal Mail 24 and should be received within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
For larger orders, a courier service may be used.
RETURNS
We accept returns on all non-personalised items within with 14 days after receipt of delivery for both an exchange or a refund. In our mission to reduce waste where we can, all our items are made to order to ensure nothing is overproduced. Please always double check the size guide before purchasing club products.
All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee of the original order purhcase price. Any returns after 14 days will be subject to our discretion.
Customers looking to return items for a refund will not have the 20% club cashback refunded back to them.
To help maintain a nice vibrant print, we recommend the following washing instructions on all our products.
- Wash inside out at 30°C.
- Wash similiar colours together and use colour catchers where possible.
- Iron inside out on a low temperature setting. Do not iron directly on the print or emboridery.
- Airdry where possible. Tumble drying may cause the garment to shrink and increase the wear of the print.
